My Photography...
Now for an update on my photography. I may have mentioned before that requested & received an iPhone5 Olloclip lens & case for my birthday. I've been experimenting with the macro lens, in particular, and loving it. As an older person, however, my hands are shaky so the focus isn't always good. But I've gathered a few photos over the past few months that make me happy. I hope you enjoy them, too!
And here are a few other photos - not macros, but things I like & hope you will, too.
It's a rather diverse collection, I admit. But them I'm a rather eclectic sort of person!

Here's What's/Who's Keeping Us Busy!
It's way past time to play catch-up with my blog, but my niece is rededicating herself to blogging and thus reminding me to do the same!
The twins continue to grow & delight us with their antics, learning & enthusiasm for everything. Since I'm the one generally behind the camera, there are few photos of me with the girls. But this week, Frank took a few photos of us and I'm sharing the best one.
The twins keep us on our toes, that's for sure. Some say that caring for toddlers keeps you young. Others say toddlers make you feel old. Yes. And Yes. But we're loving it!

Continuing My Catching Up!
Life is very busy with twin one-year-olds. Today, their Mommy celebrates her 25th birthday - it's a great day to celebrate, of course!
Here they are, Catherine, Michelle & Alexandria - June 13.
And here they are last month:
Catherine & Alexandria in their new shoes - note, they each wanted one shoe from each pair! One pair is Whinny the Pooh shoes and the other pair is Minnie Mouse shoes.
Michelle will begin a new job at the end of this month while the girls are walking along the furniture in preparation for walking/running for REAL! I think we're busy now - can't imagine what it will be like after the little ones are running around!

Catch Up Time
Today we went to the Arboretum at Penn State It was a lovely morning - 70+ degrees, partly sunny, and dry. Frank and I took our cameras, hoping to capture a bit of the exquisite beauty of flowers and plants therein. I took a few hundred photos between my Panasonic Lumix and my iPhone with Olloclip lenses. Frank had his Nikon and he looked very professional - alongside all the other photographers and day campers that were touring the arboretum with us.
I don't know the names of all the plants photographed, but I can share some of my photos with the hope you will enjoy them as eye-candy and be encouraged to visit the arboretum yourself one day.
